1. Introduction

Welcome to JobDeskIndia.
By purchasing our subscription package and using our services, the candidate (“You”, “Your”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
These T&Cs govern our service delivery, responsibilities, limitations, and candidate obligations.

2. Nature of Service

JobDeskIndia provides job assistance and job search support, which includes:

  • Identifying up to 15 job opportunities for the candidate
    • 1st Round: 5 jobs in the first 30 days
    • 2nd Round: Additional 10 jobs within the next 60 days (if needed)
  • Providing job leads based on the candidate’s profile, experience & location
  • Telephonic assistance by our job support team
  • Optional resume formatting (if applicable)
    We do not guarantee employment.

We provide job opportunities, leads, and support, not job placement guarantees.

3. Subscription Fees

  • Subscription Fee: ₹999/- (GST, as applicable)
  • Validity of package: 60 days from the date of purchase
  • Fee once paid is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.

4. Candidate Eligibility

By subscribing, the candidate confirms that:

  • They are between 18–45 years of age
  • They have provided accurate personal, educational & employment information
  • They are actively seeking employment

Providing false information may result in the immediate cancellation of the subscription without refund.

5. Job Matching & Shortlisting

JobDeskIndia will:
✔ Provide verified job leads based on the profile
✔ Share company details, HR contacts, or interview schedules
✔ Attempt to provide 5 opportunities in Round 1, 10 opportunities in Round 2

The candidate agrees:

  • To apply on time
  • To attend interviews as scheduled
  • To maintain professional behaviour with employers
  • To stay reachable on phone & WhatsApp

6. No Job Guarantee

JobDeskIndia never guarantees employment because hiring decisions belong solely to employers.

We do not control:

  • Selection process
  • Interview decisions
  • Salary negotiation
  • Background verification
  • Joining or offer withdrawal

7. Candidate Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide updated resume and job preferences
  • Respond to our team within reasonable time
  • Apply to the jobs shared
  • Attend interviews as scheduled
  • Respect employer guidelines

If the candidate remains unresponsive for more than 7 days, the service may be paused.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription fee is non-refundable
  • No refunds for:
    • Not attending interviews
    • Not applying
    • Delay in sharing documents
    • Change of mind
    • Job found independently
  • Subscription cannot be transferred to another person

9. Service Limitations

JobDeskIndia is not responsible for:

  • Employer delays
  • Fake or misleading information provided by candidates
  • Misconduct of candidate
  • Any financial loss arising during job search
  • Travel, relocation, or documentation charges

10. Communication Consent

By subscribing, you give consent to receive:

  • Calls
  • Emails

from JobDeskIndia for job updates, support, reminders, and promotions.

11. Privacy & Data Usage

We may collect necessary personal details, including:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Resume
  • Work history

This data is used only for job support and may be shared with employers for shortlisting.

12. Termination of Services

We may terminate the service immediately if:

  • Candidate uses abusive language
  • Candidate shares false documents
  • Misconduct with staff or employers
  • Fraudulent activity detected

No refund will be provided in such cases.

13. Limitation of Liability

JobDeskIndia shall not be liable for:

  • Employer decisions
  • Offer cancellations
  • Salary differences
  • Any physical, emotional, or monetary loss before/during/after job search

Our maximum liability will never exceed the subscription amount.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian Law, specifically:

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts only.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Agree / Subscribe”, the candidate confirms:

  • They have read the Terms & Conditions
  • They fully accept and understand the content
  • They voluntarily choose to take JobDeskIndia services
